Together, we have accumulated over 50 years of experience in audiovisual, over 2,000 hours of content produced and over 40,000 nautical miles traveled. Captain-Helmsman, Marine Coordinator & Partner
Gui von Schmidt is an experienced Marine Coordinator, with a career marked by more than 40 years of sailing and 50 thousand miles sailed across the seas of the world.
Navy certified Brazilian captain
and Coast Guard
from the USA, his adventures
at sea include significant
adventure projects as
'Projeto Entre Trópicos',
'Regata dos 500 Anos' and
'Rota Austral', which became
a book with his photos.
Gui participated in the
first expedition to cross Cape Horn in a cabinless boat and has a few crossings of the Atlantic Ocean in his curriculum.
With a career as still photographer and advertising DOP, he has contributed his visual knowledge to several film productions, combining his passion for adventure with the art of storytelling through the camera.
Ian Haudenschild
Master Coxswain, Producer & Partner
Ian Haudenschild is a film and TV producer with over 15 years of experience. As a certified Master of the Brazilian Navy, Ian innovated in the field of filmmaking by creating the Jet Cam, a revolutionary tool for filming on water. With extensive international experience, he has led challenging projects in several countries, establishing himself as a reference in logistics, special effects and execution of complex productions.
Leo Canabarro
Producer, Photographer & Partner
Leo Canabarro is a nautical production specialist with extensive experience in film production. With a degree in Social Communication from ESPM-SP, he has over a decade of experience in photography and audiovisual production. Leo is known for his technical proficiency in camera, lighting and machinery operation, and for his ability to manage complex production logistics. His background includes courses in documentary production at the New York Film Academy and photography at PRO EDU in St. Louis, MO.

Arrais Production Coordinator
With a degree in Social Communication from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, Mayra Donatelli has accumulated experience since 2003 in the production of shows, TV programs, documentaries and award-winning commercials. Mayra worked as a Arrais Producer in the series about the sinking of the Bateau Mouche (HBO) and in the film '100 Dias' (Disney). For the last 12 years, she has focused on production coordination. At the same time, she practices rowing at the USP Olympic track and, since 2016, she has been certified as a helmsman and motorboat operator, having piloted boats in several countries.

RODRIGO MAGALLAES
Head of Marine Set Management
With a 30-year career, Rodrigo Magalhães is a specialist in logistics and team management, with experience in Brazil and abroad.
With projects for cinema, TV and streaming, he worked on the soap opera "Desejo de Mulher" filmed in Fernando de Noronha; on the documentary series "Bateau Mouche" filmed in a Wave Tank and on the high seas; on the biopic "100 Dias", which reproduces Amyr Klink's crossing of the Atlantic; on the series "Jogos do Mundo" (Esporte Espetacular), which covered the traditional Snake Boat Race in India, and on several advertisements with water scenes.
Among the clients served are big names of the world market, such as Marvel, Netflix, Globo and HBO.
GIOVANNI DOLIF
Meteorologist
Giovanni Dolif holds a PhD in Meteorology, a master's degree from USP and a PhD from INPE. With 12 years of experience as a meteorologist at the Center for Weather Forecasting and Climate Studies (CPTEC-INPE), he has worked for 10 years at the National Center for Monitoring and Alerts for Natural Disasters (CEMADEN) as a meteorology researcher, and for the last 6 years he has served as deputy operations coordinator.
For the past 8 years, he dedicated his carrer to maritime meteorology, planning routes for sailing and motorboats, including yachts. He was also part of the crew of the expedition of the 7th Brazilian sailing ship to sail from Brazil to Antarctica, where he was responsible for the meteorology of the trip.

Karen lived on a sailboat for two years, knowing deeply the Brazilian coast like few other audiovisual producers.

Volnei has over 10 years of experience working with filmmaking. He began his career as a driver, transporting various celebrities, directors and producers. Always proactive, he actively participated in all the productions in which he was involved, earning the position of set assistant.
Since then, he has worked on major productions for Netflix, Globoplay, Paramount and Amazon Studios. In his nautical career, he contributed to the production of projects such as 'Bateau Mouche' (HBO) and '100 Dias' (Disney).

Set Assistant - Sailor
Volnei has over 10 years of experience working with filmmaking. He began his career as a driver, transporting various celebrities, directors and producers. Always proactive, he actively participated in all the productions in which he was involved, earning the position of set assistant.

HELOISA VILALBA
Base Production Coordinator
Heloisa Vilalba has been working as a Production Coordinator for a decade, mastering the laws and rules of audiovisual production and cultivating solid ties with suppliers and professionals. She produced for major players in the market such as HBO, Globo Filmes, Disney, Star+, among others, in Brazil and abroad. And in water production, she stands out in projects such as ''007 - Road to A Million'', and the highly anticipated ''Barba Ensopada de Sangue'' (Globo Play) and ''Bateau Mouche'' (HBO).
LUCAS ARAKE
Technical Producer
Lucas Arake, who holds a degree in Production Engineering from the University of Brasília, combines his technical expertise with a dynamic career in film, collaborating with giants such as HBO, Netflix, Globo and Star+. Specializing in technical production, Lucas develops artificial waves for ocean tanks, scale models of vessels and 3D projects. His engineering background also enables him to lead underwater, submerged and maritime filming with an innovative approach to technical solutions.
ALESSANDRO NETTO
Firefighter and Paramedic
Trained as a paramedic, Alessandro Netto is a civil port firefighter specialized in fighting fires and chemical emergencies (HAZMAT) at the Port of Santos.
As Coordinator of the Brazilian Task Force, he plays a crucial role in security operations in the city of Santos.
In his career he works as a rescuer at heights and in confined spaces, in addition to his experience in nursing working in emergency care.
He was a paramedic in an international production by Discovery+, being a key figure in risky situations behind the scenes, and has extensive nautical experience as a helmsman and motorboat operator, qualified for aquatic rescues in productions.
