Marine Coordination

With detailed scene planning that takes into account factors such as water depth, currents and weather conditions, we ensure safety and efficiency in water productions. Committed to safety, we ensure that the set and the entire crew are properly equipped, with life jackets, support boats and professionals trained in water safety.

Accustomed to large-scale productions, we transport heavy equipment, cameras and crew to remote locations, using efficient logistics that ensure that filming is completed on schedule.

Actor coordination is essential to ensure that actors feel comfortable and confident, which often requires prior rehearsals and careful monitoring during filming. In addition, the integration of special effects, both practical and visual, helps to create the desired atmosphere and emotional impact.

Logistics, Naval and Air Transport
Coordination

Coordinating different types of transport and creating efficient routes is essential for assertive logistics in production.

With experience and the right contacts, we coordinate aircraft of different sizes for the rapid airlift of heavy and delicate cinema equipment to remote locations.

CineNautic's naval experience goes beyond recordings, with its curriculum including the production of a feature film on Ilha do Bom Abrigo, transporting everything from cameras to vehicles using vessels.

Always watchful to vessel itineraries and sea conditions, the movement of large volumes of materials and crew for filming on islands is carried out efficiently, ensuring that everything is ready for filming and with minimal environmental impact.

Marine Coordination and Logistics in Events

Sailboat

Coordinating an event with an audience on board is a complex task that requires meticulous planning. These events can range from music festivals to corporate conferences on board ships.

From boarding guests to moving equipment, our team manages the vessels involved, respecting the capacities and maritime regulations. In addition to creating efficient routes and anticipating weather contingencies, we ensure onboard services such as food, communication and entertainment.

With a focus on safety, our team is trained in first aid and we have well-defined emergency protocols.

Weather Forecast for Navigation

When filming in locations exposed to the elements such as the sea, beaches, rivers and lakes, it is necessary to have strategies to decide our filming schedule based on the weather conditions.

In partnership with Hashtag.Céu,

company specialized in

weather monitoring

for air, sea activities

and land, we offer

services Meteorological Monitoring.

Using data from precipitation radars and satellite forecasting systems, we perform detailed analyses of weather conditions, ensuring accurate forecasts and guidance on the best navigation routes.

This way, we ensure that productions sail safely, regardless of weather conditions.

Risk Management

We coordinate production in compliance with federal agencies, ensuring that all operations follow current regulations. This includes verifying vessel certifications and safety protocols, such as maintaining operating licenses and the Certificate of Seaworthiness.

We also ensure compliance with environmental standards, following the guidelines of the Brazilian Navy and international regulations, such as SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea), RIPEAM, IALA B, STCW and MARPOL.

Through regular training and periodic inspections of safety equipment, we promote a culture of safety and responsibility, ensuring that all operations meet legal requirements.
